Going through the worst heartbreak of my life. I feel like I can’t breathe. I’ve never felt this kind of pain before, probably because I’m sober now. But I’m going to bed sober and tomorrow I’ll wake up sober. This is truly one second at a time.

Thank you, it helps to remember that I’m not alone no matter how much I feel like it.
You certainly aren’t alone. But it can definitely feel that way sometimes. That’s probably the coolest part about this app is that there is constant engagement so you don’t have to feel alone.
