Think thru the drink. Nothing is so bad that alcohol can’t make it worse. You’ve already experienced that. Look around at AA meetings! People are staying sober - one day at a time!

Congrats on making it back. Not everybody does. One day at a time. Stay sober tonight hit the pillow sober, wake up sober. Make a commitment to check in with us everyday for the next 30 days one day at a time. By the way, when you hit 2 days, it is the only time ever you will be able to double your sobriety
