Good evening all and happy Friday! Sending love, light and prayers to each of you today!
Today I'm grateful for:
- A God of my understanding is a major part of my life in Recovery. I need to be Willing to Accept God's Will as His Part of my Day and I’ll play my part as His Servant.
- The quiet stillness of the morning, where my head quiets down, allows God's Grace to enter into my heart.
- Atlantic Group meeting tonight and a great talk on the 1st tradition
- Making the decision to turn it ALL over to God and asking that “His Will, not mine be done;” provides guidance as I enjoy another sober day.
- Prayer wheel today with my prayer partner
- Being more open minded to others ideas and not being as judgemental, effectively imbeds, ODAAT, “One Day At A Time,” in my Recovery.
- 28 years sober and clean, 10 months of recovery in my eating disorder, took all my medicine and blood sugar today, and 11 months clean off cigarettes
- Being OK, with my present circumstances, I asked God to place me in the position to be of maximum service to Him and those around me.
- Being able to give and receive love today
- My family by birth and by choice
Your lists and each of you
Have a blessed day
