Good mental health apps / websites?

I’m really not doing too well. I am hvaing some terivle thought, and going through quite a bit at the moment. I din’t have family or friends to reach out to for any of the help I need, could really use someone to talk to about my situation.

Trying my HARDEST to not go to a bar. :confounded:

I have been using the Calm meditation app as well as How We Feel to go deeper into understanding my emotions. I recommend both. Thinking of you today.

Go to an AA meeting instead of going to the bar.

You can find lots of like-minded sober women to talk to at AA meetings. Highly recommend. Good luck to you

I've got no1 either. It's rough, but keep doing what you need to do for YOU! We don't belong to normal society.

Therapy in a Nutshell on YouTube is something that's helped me. She's a licensed therapist who explains how our brain works and techniques we can do to improve our overall mental health, i.e stopping intrusive thoughts, anxiety, etc.
It's not a substitute for 1 on 1 therapy but I've found it's helped me
