- God surrounding me with people who look out for me
- OA meeting planned for today
- Long conversation with my AA sponsor yesterday
- Being grateful to be alive today
- The new book I am reading
- Separated from sugar/flour for over 8 months and freedom from cigarettes for over 9 months
- Appointment with my cardiologist tomorrow and having insurance to make that happen
- Food prepping yesterday so I have meals ready for today
- All the people I get to love today
- My family by birth and choice
