Good morning and happy Friday all!!!! Today I am grateful for:
2. Two way prayer helping me better intentionally context with the God of my understanding
2. My youngest son finding an off campus apartment
3. The DBT Stop skill helping me better practice steps 10, 11 and 12
4. My oldest son with autism loving his new job
5. Going to bed at 8pm last night and got 7 hours of sleep
6. Separated from sugar, flour and cigarettes for over 8 1/2 months. Separated from alcohol and drugs for over 28 years.
7. 3 outreach calls to others in 12 step fellowship
8. Feeling my feelings and sitting in the messy
9. All of those I get to love and who love me
10. My family by birth and by choice
