I did my first "rehab" in yellowstone back in July/Aug of 2014??? I think, literally a week after the volcano melted the road in the park and returned a week before 100+ got trapped in in the flooded Lamar Valley. Been around the world and that was bybfar the most beautiful trip I have ever taken. So not a fellow Montanan, but I DO love your state.
Just getting there was a wild ride itself. One of the craziest stories of my life and I have dozens.
Native Montanan here...born n raised. I remember when that happened in Yellowstone! Was pretty crazy!

As beautiful as our state is...got to drive from here to Alaska way back when...that way INCREDIBLE
I bet! I always dreamt of visiting Alaska. Now with the pain it is almost out of the question as my muscles do t do cold well.
That really sux...I'm sorry. Summer time? I've only spent 2 summers in Alaska and it wasn't cold then...Anchorage one summer and Cordova the other
Yes summer is certainly feasible. I am from the Midwest originally and living in Texas, miss the snow but my body cannot take it so I would really love to visit in the winter time but I know my limits and that would be an idiot move. My cousin, the one who organized the Yellowstone trip eventually moved to Bozeman permanently. I was hoping to visit him however it seems he is moving yet again, more than likely out of state
