I’m heading to my spine doctors appointment today. to discuss surgery on the three possible for herniated disc in my neck for surgery
Also to discuss the herniated disc in my lower back for surgery. I’m not in control my God my higher power is. I hope everyone has a blessed day.

How did your appointment go?
I had a triple hernia surgery from the accident next I have to have a surgery on my neck three herniated disc in my neck also had vertebrae plasty in my lower back done in December 
Wow. You sound like me. Thursday I have to go for a spine stimulator because my muscles and nerves aren’t healed right. I am just glad that I am not drinking because there is so much to comprehend now. Good luck. Stay strong. We can compare notes.
Amen to that…. If I pick up a drink or drive, I’ll bet her off.
I qualified for the spine stimulator today. Waiting on them to schedule. Hopeful helps with the chronic pain. Hope your feeling well.

Wow, congratulations I’m so happy for you. When is your surgery?
In a few days they will set up a trial for week. Then they will put it in permanent. I have a lot to read. How are you doing. Where do you stand now? We had almost the same surgeries. Insane. 4 hour hiatel hernia surgery in December. I guess both of our sobriety journey has been tested. Proud we both stayed strong. 
I’m so excited for you. I am still sore in healing day by day. Today is one month after my surgery. The doctor says he’s going to take about two months to fully recover.
I have to have one more surgery to get the herniated disc in my neck done. That should be in about five more weeks.
We should be proud of ourselves for staying sober. Thank god.
