Good morning, good people! I got through another holiday event without booze. This one had minimal triggers, but today has quite a few. I have reached out to my therapist, am now posting here, and will read my journal entries where i detail how badly I feel when I drink.... I don't have a network yet, and my husband still drinks a little... I can do this... I will stay firm in my resolve to be a healthier, more productive version of myself , my best self
