I am grateful for the tools I have learned to self soothe in a healthy way instead of turning to substances. Everyone does what works for them. For me, it is learning myself, my patterns, and how to effectively help & love myself in place of drugs or toxic people.
I hope you all find your “thing”. Do what makes you truly happy. Read the book! Write from the heart! Play the song! Nourish your body and mind. Let yourself feel. Treat yourself with kindness & compassion as no one has more power to do that than you do!
