A lot of people said we wouldn’t make it, getting sober together. There was times we thought we was falling apart. But we just had to relearn how to live with one another sober again! It is such a beautiful life now that’s for sure
I'm in the same boat - though i drank more than he did - and i gotta say, it's been really helpful. It's been hard because i think we have more stuff we need to with through that the alcohol was burying, so i feel you on having to relearn together.
