102 days without a :beverage_box: and the things that use to be tough are a lot more manageable when you have clarity 🧘🏽‍♂

thanks, unfortunately relapse do play a part in this process but it’s learning from them is when we get stronger, i’ve learn so much about myself when picking up my boots again. never stop trying to find the real you, it’s definitely not in a bottle 🫶
