Good Morning my brothers and sisters! I’m grateful to be a part of this recovery community. We are a very diverse group, and we represent many different paths of recovery. We share the same problem, and we are all searching for solutions. I have learned so much from all of you. I myself, work a hybrid program of recovery. AA is my foundation, but it’s here that I’ve learned so many other tools that have enabled me to grow and expand upon my recovery and spirituality. I wanted to share a text I received from a friend this morning regarding an AA meeting I chaired last night. There are things I love about AA, and several things (people) that make me want to scream at times, but you can’t beat the fellowship. I can’t explain how it feels to finally have friends to share this journey with. Loneliness has haunted me my entire life regardless of how many people I had around me. I always felt disconnected. Today I’m grateful for the friends I made in AA, and for all of you who share on Loosid. I can’t do this alone. Wishing you all a sober and peaceful day

After seeing a ton of your responses here, that text does not surprise me even a little bit. You earned every word of it and then some!
And right back at you! Though it's night here now, so have a peaceful rest!
