Good morning. What a beautiful morning. "One may walk over the highest mountain one step at a time." Haitian proverb. Things always look harder than they turn out to be. It's easier to focus on the task at hand than it is to look at the entire picture. Sometimes the things that look the hardest turn out to be the simplest of tasks. The reason they become difficult is because I get stuck in my way. This program teaches me to live one day at a time which has taught me how to focus on one thing at a time. When I ask for help with difficult things, they become easier. The best thing I've done is try things differently because my way has never worked. Today, I will focus on what is in front of me.
