I have noticed some things about myself… when I stray away from my healthy routines.. my body and brain notice. I am a creature of habit. I need to stick to my routines and continue nourishing myself.
Recovery isn’t about avoiding dark days.. It’s about meeting them with honesty and compassion.
Feel it. Breathe through it. Care for yourself in healthy ways.
