It's so easy to drink. I live alone no one to answer to, I always think about it but I feel really well. It stops me. Do well

24 hours is the record for the most consecutive hours achieved in recovery...don't worry about yesterday, its gone and there's absolutely nothing you can do to change it and tomorrow isn't promised to anyone and cannot be controlled by worrying about it...you are here now and you are doing the right thing! I had a bunch of different lengths of time in the early months finally taking the last suggestion 
Probably tried maybe a dozen times. Going to AA using my sober network practicing all the principles in all my affairs. I am responsible for the effort The G.O.D. Of my understanding produces prodigious results. Just today is all WE have:gift:

I’m right there with you. Today is day one for me from drugs and alcohol. It’s hard because we are the hardest on ourselves the most. I was told not to look at it as starting over, but learning and moving forward.
