Goodmorning I really think I need a sponsor
I do not want to go to an in person meeting
I have a job that is very involved in the community and do not want to see anyone Any advice

That is going to make having a sponsor a bit difficult. You may want to look into a sobriety coach. Working the steps and meeting with your sponsor face to face is a big part of it. AA is as anonymous as you want it to be. Nothing says you can’t be out having coffee with a friend and just discussing the steps. I wish you luck.

Last one I went to they knew someone I work with
And she was talking about his drinking problem so I know she had to talk about mine

If you have a drinking problem, you're probably not hiding anything from anyone. If for some reason someone "found out" that you were doing something about it and making positive moves forward, I would think they would be happy for you. Go to meetings, get a sponsor, be happy and healthy.

Try finding a zoom meeting. There are virtual meetings across the country. Might make it easier.

I was told by an oldtimer that if you’re in the AA program it’s legit to talk about others. But it should be done without judgement and gossiping; we love you until you truly can love yourself in other word. Do people fall short of this? I imagine so.
