Got bad news from the cardiologist. My heart is enlarging and I need surgery in one year. Been sober for 2.5 months irregardless of this news. I was born with congenital defects and had surgeries, but I can’t help but think if I avoided all of that cocaine when I was drunk the past few years this may have been able to be delayed or avoided. Feeling a little down about it but I won’t give up. One day at a time
