Got to be secretary of my first meeting tonight. Only because no one else showed that could and it was all us newer members but was super fulfilling especially after having a really emotional day today. It’s crazy how much serenity going to a meeting can give you. Please if you haven’t gone try one. They truly can help.

I definitely was asking about taking over the Monday night meetings as they have no one right now scheduled for them but I’m only 50 days sober so I don’t qualify yet. So it was rly cool to be able to do it tonight
That's awesome. If they asked you then they want to get you involved. Chairing a meeting is something you can look forward to.

That's a wonderful thing to have a job and in AA. There are so many benefits that will come from it. A sense of belonging, responsibly and self worth for staters. You can't go wrong doing service work!
