If someone would have asked me 5 or 10 years ago what I had planned for my 30th birthday I would have answered with a party plan to drink and use substance’s to celebrate. Yesterday I celebrated my birthday sober with my family. We sang, danced, and had fun outside, no alcohol or substances involved. I am grateful to have another opportunity to recover from this vicious disorder. Cheers to 30 years and 6 months sober.

Way to go keep doing this program. I try to do everything to not live to be 30 I'm now 38 years old and 8 1/2 years sober i get it hope you had a good birthday
