Grateful even when I'm not.
My willingness to see that starting my day God centered it the best thing for me.
These fine gentleman that share thier time with me on our morning calls. They help me and I them.
I was reminded today that my thoughts are at times, deceiving me of reality. Just let go of them.
The work place was a bit of chaos today. But I made it thru the day, with out spinning up my tornado. For that I am truly grateful.
Attended for the first time, my church's recovery outreach program. It was not entirely what I had expected.
It exceeded it! It was awesome to see all those folks that i normally only see on Sunday. It is exactly what I need right now, for my growth.
