It sounds like you’re using all the right tools (including this app which I just joined!) Make sure to meditate on your success and visualize your sober future as you’d like to see it. Like a vision board in your mind. Your life is all in front of you!! please accept my congrats

Ahh this reminds me so much of that lightbulb moment when I realized I didn’t need anything external to achieve some serenity.
