Grateful for being able to FaceTime with my grandmother And she called me and she’s 92!
Grateful for aunt Bertie
For the little voice in my head that says to do the right thing instead of the wrong even if I do the wrong thing but I’m grateful that voice is there telling me that it’s wrong :expressionless:
Grateful that I did something for myself today and went on a walk
Grateful that I have a good job
Grateful for my car and the recalls I’m getting done this weekend

Grateful that I’m learning new things and working on my issues
Grateful for new mascara
Grateful for my partner

Awesome gratitude list. I need to stop and realize how good I have it now compared to when I was in the life! I never want to feel how I felt before I got sober and gratitude is the best way to reinforce that. Like not waking up hung over or missing things. Or worse SHOWING up for things intoxicated.

Lol I’m grateful that I seen this. Now I’m counting all my blessings!

Hey Corey congratulations :tada: that’s a good point not showing up to things intoxicated or getting intoxicated in front of friends and family and acting a fool. I would like to become more consistent with my gratitude lists my old sponsor had me write 10. Things as soon as I wake up and I think I wanna start doing that again and then the noon gratitude. I think it would help someone like me who dealt with depression and now it’s more the anger and opposite of mad is glad :slightly_smiling_face:
