I've been sick for a few days and while that sucks, I'm grateful that it's temporary. Back when I was drinking I would feel like this all the time. I thought I had a good immune sytem because I "never got sick". The truth is I just felt sick all the time so I wouldn't even notice when I came down with something. Very grateful for God first and sobriety second today.
