Grateful For Exercise

Grateful to exercise and move my body, instead of sitting and feeling sorry for myself about (insert whatever reason). Grateful for clean water to drink. I feel relief.

Same here. I do a HIIT workout every morning at 5:30 Mon-Fri and two on Saturday. I follow it up with an AA meeting 30 minutes after the workout. For me, it's a great way to get the mind-body connection started each morning.

When I finally started intentionally moving it took so much weight off me. I use somatic meditation and swear by it.
