Grateful to exercise and move my body, instead of sitting and feeling sorry for myself about (insert whatever reason). Grateful for clean water to drink. I feel relief.

When I finally started intentionally moving it took so much weight off me. I use somatic meditation and swear by it.

Gratitude is highly important for me. Every relapse I’ve ever had always started with losing my gratitude for what I had.
