Same for me except fruit, flax, almonds in my honey Greek yogurt!! lol

Yummy :yum: I do blended oats, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, almond milk w/a scoop of cinnamon toast protein powder. Warm it up and top with kiwi, blueberries and peach :heart: Like we've chatted about, it feels incredible to be loving and nourishing ourselves!!!
