Grateful to have a boss who is also a mentor of mine. Spent over an hour with him today talking about leadership development and how I can continue to grow professionally. I'm thankful that in my sobriety I'm able to have the confidence to initiate these conversations and seek honest feedback on how i can improve without getting defensive.
