Congratulations Debra for starting your new life journey. One day at a time sounds so cliche but it’s So True, message me anytime

I love this! One Day At A Time is so real! That’s all we can do is take it one day at a time. Good job

Hello again Debra: I’m clean 5 years and one month. I’m using all the tools that are available to me: meetings, meetings, meetings. Therapy (for the first time). Prayer and meditation. Sponsorship. A support network.WE can do this!

Thanks for the shareand reminder. 81 days here. The longest I've gone. The difference here was truly letting my reservations go, embracing the fellowships and the steps and treated each day as its own individual accomplishment.
