Grateful for nine months sober, grateful for this day, for the newfound love and regard I have for myself in sobriety, for chocolate and coffee (decaf), for patience and love and tolerance and other ideals I’ve been given by my higher power bc I couldn’t possibly operate at that level of integrity prior.
