My entire like I have had low self-esteem and self-worth. No amount of liquor or pills could change it. It didn’t happen overnight but I have gained normal levels of both and I can’t believe how great it is. I do have a High Power and do believe I the choice make to be a better human have helped in this area. Some circumstances arises and I decided to stand up for myself and know I deserve better. It is not easy because I am a people pleaser. Keep moving forward and stay strong out there.
