Grateful for sobriety to be better for me and my son. He said he sees me working on myself and I have proven by actions that he respects me.

It’s great isn’t it Tricia? Mine was 12 when I quit and 15 now. He’s seen the changes and experienced some of the promises with me. He knows I do AA and encourages me. I’m so thankful to be sober during these years and pray he doesn’t follow my path.

Yes. I am in recovery and my hubby is trying to. My son has been through so much. Praying he doesn’t follow in our footsteps. He has already told me how awful we were while drinking and he never wants to be that way.
