I was in panic mode yesterday when I went to go grab my phone out of my pocket and it wasn’t there. I cruised around the store frantically tracing my steps. My first trip to the lost and found was unsuccessful, and I was beginning to lose hope of getting my phone back. I went back to the location in the store where I know I last had it, but again nothing. Made a second trip back to last and found. As I got there, I saw a Costco employee entering the lost and found area with a phone in her hand. She came out of the lock up area seconds later without the phone in her hand. I asked her if someone just turned in a lost phone. Indeed it was my phone
She said a member turned it in. I was so happy and asked her if I could give her a hug. I’ll never know who the person was who turned it in, but I’m very grateful that there are still good people in this crazy world

glad someone had the decency to turn the phone in.
Sometimes, earthlings surprise us in pleasant ways.
Hey Bro
Glad you got your phone back. I have lost quite a few phones and other things. Sometimes fortunate enough to get them back. Other times, not so much. Been times where I have something and lose it within minutes. Never to recover. Had me wondering if I was a magician just doing magic for myself. Like I can make things disappear, but not reappear
Glad you got your phone back, Lee.
Oh thank goodness!
I'm glad to hear that!
I've been down a few dark roads myself when it comes to wallets and phones. After surviving those events, I've become very good about not laying my phone or wallet anywhere except my pocket!

Thanks everyone! There wasn’t really any great recovery message in this post, but I think it’s good to share that there are still good people out there.
I think there was some recovery in it. In the old days when I experienced a panic situation like that I would usually have a couple drinks and then try to figure out what to do. LOLOL
You'll probably never lose your phone again.
Thanks for that share. Still good people out there.
omgg that’s always an awful feeling when you loose your phone!!! it happens all the time, especially when your high all the time. I would purposely try and leave me phone ringer on but then i would forget to charge my phone

One time, johnny and I went to the park at like 10pm ish and we walked far out on the field and just hung out (maybe smoked a blunt) and at one point we started to like tickle/ wrestle keep in mind it was a guy i liked so yah we left and drove 30 mins to where i need to drop him off when he realizes he doesn’t have his phone
i had a curfew and HAD to get home but he was was like a neeeeeeeed me phone plsssssssss. and i was like are you sure it’s at the park and he’s like YUS. SO, i book it back to the park and it’s dark af outside and we are retracing our steps and the sprinkles start going off when seconds later johnny finds his phone just laying there in the grass…
