Grateful for today

Just grateful for today and being sober and taking it one day at a time. Yes even after 4 years it's still one day at a time sometimes. Exercised today grateful for the natural high it gives me and I'm staying on track with my goals.
Grateful for the end of term I have all my schoolwork done and ready to turn in on the due date, then I get a break for a week. Grateful to have sunny beautiful weather where I'm at today.

Thank you for the reminder about one day at time, “ even “ after four years sometimes.

I spent way too much time on social media today which I have not done in a while. I try to not check that stuff too much.

Thanks for reminding me to be proud of remaining sober. I recently crossed 14 months. I ve been a little depressed lately while I know that drinking will make everything worse.

Savor your break, you deserve to!
And thanks for being an inspiration.

Congratulations on 14 months! That's something to be proud of! And yeah I feel you I spend way too much time on Facebook and Instagram. Thanks for considering me as an inspiration, that means a lot to me.

Oh gosh, Jennifer.
I am humbled by your reply…most welcome!

And I thank you for yet another reminder…being proud of right-this length, this period of sobriety.

Have you started your break?

Wishing you the best, Jennifer.

It is, was important for me to read your message, your original post about taking life one day at a time…and after four years. Such an important reminder.
