I'm grateful that I get to spend the day tomorrow home with my son while the snow piles in. I'm grateful that I don't want to drink or use drugs to cloud this next week of holiday "stay"cation. I'm grateful that it's fresh in my mind how awful the pattern of drinking during a long time off at home can be. The feeling of one night leading into the next night drinking over and over until I'm day drinking and then trying to stop by midnight the night before going back to work. Grateful that my son asked me if I was still smoking weed because we have an open dialog and he said he noticed it didn't smell like it in my room anymore. Grateful to be f'n Grateful!
Pretty cool story and attitude you possess. Hope this times the charm. Keep that positivity growing. And by all means keep warm and safe. Gonna be a heck of a winter fer sure. Enjoy the love.
