Grateful for

  1. Woke up with sadness. Grateful that I actually feel today, that it’s ok to feel whatever and that I DO NOT HAVE TO REACT!
  2. Listened at Sunrise this morning. I am the same as my recovery family.
  3. Day off to clean, food bank, laundry, grocery store, and get ready for my work week.
  4. Gods plan, it’s out of my hands!
