How did you slip? Why do you think you slipped? Do you have a support system that you just didn't use?

I suffer from MDD, GAD, PTSD, I was lonely and bored. No, I didn’t use support system.
Use your support system man. That's what we are here for, right? I hope you're doing okay.

Just stay positive my brother. I was taught that a relapse or slip was just getting us closer to Sobriety. You can use your experience, strength and hope to help others and as you do you will be helping yourself most. The AA big book tells us that our past is our greatest asset. Stay strong

Thank you. The ED doc told me I will die if I don’t stop immediately. He was surprised my liver wasn’t trashed. My esophagus is though.

I’ll pray for you my friend. I was in addition 22 yrs and Got thru some ruff things including escaping death numerous times and health issues due to shooting dope. I’ve been sober less than a year and God has changed my life for the better and I’m slowly getting better health wise.
