Lots of grief, anger, and rivers of tears flowing… feeling my feelings this last week with a big loss. Feeling is healing. I remember when I couldn’t feel or cry. Grateful I’m emptied out, for now til next layers surface. I’m experiencing clarity and insights. Selfcare: hikes, my sweet doggie companion, time off to rest and regroup, cooking and minding my home space. Still plenty to sort out especially with adult child stuff, but Moving forward a bit healthier nonetheless.
I managed to floss my teeth every night even though I was hurting. Almost 6 months with my new regular flossing routine!
