Grateful I woke up in plenty of time to shower before 6am bfast. Bright eyed and bushy tailed.

Got a few moments on the phone with Colen. I can tell hes enjoying working again.
Had a lot of fun loading up the OB and moving it to the new facility. Many hands make light work.
Meet with another contractor for the kitchen and bath remodel. Fellow friend of Bill. It was good having a chat with him after the business was discussed.
Had a nice lunch Peter,Clint and Joe. 4 AAs. Sharing a meal is always something to be grateful for.
Saw Ben after the 7pm meeting at The Arch. 
Had some intrusive thoughts the went away quicker today than before just by asking God to guide me.
