Grateful that I can separate or am trying to separate the disease

...from me. very good sober tip of the day. I would have posted it there but I can't find anything on this site. when I want to look for it I will keep trying.

it's my fault. just like I short circuit watches out. I jack up electronics. some people believe me some don't and that's okay.

other times I'm just slow and walk in circles because at least I'm moving

...not like I just walk in circles cuz I have nothing else to do. it's like if people call me on the phone and I'm supposed to multitask. I can't multitask because I'm so focused on what they're saying and I want to give them my full attention and so I just walk in circles and practicing doing things. as I walk in circles it might be too late cuz I'm already 62 but you can still have hope and thank you for listening by reading if you made it this far IT'S NOT OUR FAULT WE HAVE ADDICTION THEY HAVE PROVEN IT'S GENETIC IN YOUR DNA PLEASE DON'T EVER GIVE UP WE ARE HERE FOR EACH OTHER AND WE HAVE THOUSANDS!!!!

I understand. I use to tell my students, "If I am not looking at you., I am not listening to you." I cannot type with someone talking, I will type what they are saying. Lol, good thing I am a therapist now, I get to do just that! Keep being strong and sober. Thanks for sharing.

I hear voices from across the room. You just gotta separate the lies from the LIGHT. The light is all truth. Don't let it go out for long.

Jay, so well written separating the lies from the light...

SEPARATING THE LIES FROM THE LIGHT...

WORD. I just love capital letters. they look so cool and I THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME.

Walking in circles still counts as moving… and separating yourself from the disease is one of the harder things to learn how to do. You’re figuring it out.
