Hi Ash, I deal with that issue as well. I found that if I didn’t completely pickle myself, I didn’t sleep. It’s REALLY hard! The first week or so of not drinking (I’ve only been sober for 17 days lol), I was actually panicked when it came to bedtime. I’m feeling a bit better now, discovered that over the counter Unisom and bedtime tea (hated it at first) actually help. I hope you can find a way to get some sleep without the wine. Sure feels good to wake up feeling good!

Hi Ash, do whatever you can to make it three days sober. You can do this.

Same a lot of the times the reason why I wouldn’t stay sober was because I had sleep anxiety and thought I wouldn’t be able to sleep and I work mornings. So one night after work. I just filling myself really sleepy. And Instead of picking up the bottle I just closed my eyes and made my first day sober !
