I am grateful for the child who literally saved my life., and the fact that I can even say I'm still alive.When I got pregnant at 37 years old with an 18 year age gap since I had my other children all at the same time I was homeless,severely addicted to crack and heroin and felt like I had no purpose and honestly before I got pregnant I was at the point I felt like if I did happen to o wrdise or something it would be doing the world a favor. But by some miracle I was blessed with a beautiful little boy and I'll be honest it took me a couple months to finally get the courage to go detox I did it and I haven't looked back since. My son was born with no drugs in his system except methadone but thankfully he had no withdrawals or anything and he is absolutely perfect. And now he is al.ost a year old, I have 1 year clean since September 3rd and for the since time since I can't even remember I AM TRULY HAPPY
