Enjoyed a beautiful, blessed, and sober night out out on the waterways of South Florida. Hard to believe I chose my addictions over a life of blessings. Today I own my choices. Today I choose to stay sober. Today I choose to practice a daily program of recovery that keeps me mindful of my disease, and offers me a daily solution

Cool.. yeah my sponsor says it all the time. I say I can’t drink and she says no you can drink but you choose not too.

Mine says the same! One of the hardest things I had to face in early sobriety was that I always had a choice, and I made some really horrible choices that hurt my family. Active addiction robs us of the awareness that we do have a choice. Let’s keep making that choice ODAAT ❤🩹
