Grateful to be back at work for the first time in over 6 weeks.
Not coming to work hung over and full of anxiety is such a good feeling

I was part time for the past month, but back full time today. Got up early, eased into my day with a coffee. Took a shower and groomed. Listened to NPR while eating breakfast. Putting on clean and pressed clothes and am sitting at my desk planning my week and feeling no anxiety or stress at all. I feel your vibes!
