I just cried. I can’t even believe I finally admitted to myself that I have a problem that only I can fix. And I put it out there into the public view. Thank you 
It all starts with surrendering. Some look at this as a weakness, but in recovery it’s our strength. I had to stop fighting it and running from it. One day you just have to say F this…I’ve had enough…I’m done! Done fighting. Done running. Its time to face everything we’ve been running from and begin to heal. Recovery takes a lot of strength. Recovery is a choice…a choice we have to make every day, and some times multiple times a day. You can do this

I too feel that finding this app is a blessing for me. I downloaded it weeks ago but just started to check it out and I think it’s a great app for people seeking freedom from addiction.
