Grateful to have 7 consecutive months of sobriety today. 7 months ago I was ready to throw everything away, my job, car, apartment, my dog, and my life. Somehow, during that bender I was able to get into a detox and was given a chance at sobriety once more. Everything that I was ready to throw away was still there waiting for me.
To this day, my belief is that something or someone higher then myself was working for me and got me to where I needed to be. Blessed and grateful for the life I live today.
