There are so many times when I look back n realize how lucky I am to have made it this long! I just saw an old friend yesterday and we were talking about the amount of friends we've lost since we saw each other last n it was heartbreaking! The list kept going n going to the point I had to stop talking about it but at the same time I realized how blessed n grateful I am to be one of the very few lucky ones to have survived the things I have n have the chance to live a new life according to my terms and not the drugs terms! One of the best things for me is being able to wake up each day without being sick n having to get on a hustle to try and get my 1st fix of the day!
