Grateful today for waking up clear headed. One thing I’ve been able to track about my habits over the years is that my anxiety and desire begin peaking at around 230pm and don’t ease up until about 6pm after I’ve eaten something. So now for the first time, I’m trying to develop a schedule that I’ll be able to put into practice for that block of time that will hopefully keep my mind busy enough to not be overwhelmed.
