for making it through a rough night of cravings. I was close to the edge, but I didn’t cave. Recovery is hard but I can do hard things.

Get snacks, I used to eat a ton of chocolate bars to combat the loss of sugar when I quit drinking. Gained a few pounds, big deal, sobriety was more important

They're is many things on YouTube I still even sometimes look at the truths of what alcohol does to your body, and mind you should be so proud of yourself!! Congratulations
