I am grateful that i stayed sober thias weekend. I had aa really rough week at work. Im go to was having a drink at the end of the day.
I stopped at the grocery atore and purchased 0.0% alcohol drinks.

I’m going through same thing with work, but not with alcohol but with opioids I’m only almost 3 days in, just remember you’re far from alone, we all have our on journey, stay positive I know it’s hard because it is for me too, but remember there is light at the end of the tunnel! We all got this

One day at a time, idk what it’s like with alcohol but I know opioids are really hard and I only used for a couple months, stay positive if you need anyone to talk to reach out, I need as much support as I can, we all do

I am ashamed to say that I have hid my drinking from everyone but my husband and children. What is that called a closet drinking/high functioning alcoholic. I woke and went to work and drank all evening. Sometimes, into a blackout. SMH. I am trying my best. Loosid is my only support at the moment and I am forever grateful for you all and you encouragement
