Today I am grateful for my recovery journey. I am so thankful for how my thought patterns have become more positive and my ability to control my emotions has improved greatly.
I am grateful for the fellowship in 12 step meetings as I am just under 3 months clean and sober but have met some great people at meetings and always feel welcomed and connected entering any room with a meeting.
I am grateful for my amazing sponser who has started taking me through the steps and is super underatanding and supportive.
Lastly i am forever grateful for the unconditional love of my dog. He has been there at my worst and now seeing me at my best. His love and cuddles and enthusiasm keeps me grounded and positive. He heals me more and more every day and makes me want to continue to better myself and stay on track.
